clear & concise [W/ extra info as needed! It's a
trouble shooting group you've got there, thinking where
a problem may occur…etc]. I LOVE you guys. I am truly
floored by your commitment to service. I've used you as
an example of 'service excellence' in discussions on how
the company I work for can provide better service. Your
