am a 63yr grandmother who is raising two grandsons in
addition to the four kids already gone. The seventeen
year old is a royal pain to get to the mall for school
clothes. After being in the mall two hours and five
sneaker places he comes out to tell me he can not find
anything he likes. I am in a wheel chair and at this
point I want to kill him. That night I find Zappos. I
not only found a pair of skate shoes no one else would
be wearing, but found out he had grown a size over the
summer. A miracle was needed to get them back to you,
get a larger size and have them in time for school. YOU
PEOPLE Not ONLY DID IT But I had the shoes with a week
to spare and he loves them. I can not find the words to
say you are amazing and I am so happy you have found a
new groupie. I will order again
