have made several orders via Zappos.com for perhaps over
a year or so now. Reading the history of the creators of
Zappos, I completely sympathize and agree. Sometimes it
is so hard to find a shoe you like at one store, but
they don’t have your size or color, so you have to
traipse over to another store with hopes that your exact
item will be there, waiting for you – its rightful
owner. I love shoe shopping, and although there is
something about the excitement of being in a mall and
shopping for shoes, it typically turns out to be
unsuccessful. Well with Zappos, I had nothing but over
the top service and selection. Thank you and please keep
up the fabulous work. I will certainly continue to shop
exclusively at Zappos for all my foot-wear needs (and
extravagant, impractical wants) ;-) Thank you for
