Dear Zappos people, I just had the best on line shopping experience of my life. I received two pairs of shoes just in two days; they were too loose on me. Only a quick phone call, very helping person came on line without putting me through voice mail maze. In two minutes or less I was taken care of. Two new pairs were delivered to my home in two days. A return mail UPS label will be mailed to my home in a few days. UPS will pick it up from my home. Why would I ever go to mall for shoes? I commend the management for having such a high standard of quality service
