wanted to thank you. I had accidentally thrown the book
I was reading into the open Zappos box I was using to
return a pair of shoes.I spent days searching my
apartment for the book since I was 80% finished and
wanted to know how the story ended. I was delighted when
a small package from Zappos came with my book and a
letter explaining that I'd sent the book in with my
shoes. I loved this site already but, after that goofy
incident, I'll be a lifelong fan. You guys are the
