I have been having problems with the size/color of shoes and have done many returns. I found the perfect boot for my holiday outfit and it just seemed that everything was going wrong from the boots being too small, then one boot in the calf area was way too big, then I was sent the wrong color and at the last minute when I had spoken with a sales representative over the phone she said that she would do everything that she could to get my boots to me by New Years Eve. I had my reservations and began to look in my closet for something else to wear, and can you believe it, at 07:55 in the morning the UPS delivery guy rang my door bell and delivered the boots, I was so surprised and just wanted to say you really do what you say you will do and for your integrity I thank you and will make Zappos my #1 shoe store
